Raising urban leaders to serve in their own neighborhoods is one of the keys of community transformation. The USC identifies dedicated followers of Jesus Christ from our community who have a desire to serve, learn and invest in the lives of others.  We then invite them to begin the process to become an Indigenous Intern or Staff at The USC.

We have established an Indigenous Leader Fund specifically to provide financial resources to bring indigenous leaders on staff at The Urban Scholastic Center.  Contributions to the Indigenous Leader Fund will be used solely to support Indigenous interns and staff. Learn more about the Indigenous Leaders at blog.theusc.org.
